Easy Chicken Breast Recipes

Chicken breasts in the air fryer

Let’s prepare the chicken. If you have a whole breast of about 600g, you can divide it in half and from each half two obtain 2 slices, for a total of 4 slices, but 2 slices are enough for 2 people, quite thick. 

The other 2 we can freeze or leave for the next meal unless you want to prepare for 4 people. With a meat mallet, lightly beat the chicken breast, without exaggerating so as not to break it, if you want you can also do it between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Massage the meat with olive oil.  

Add salt and spices, oregano and massage to distribute it evenly. Using other spices for your air fryer chicken breast is also recommended for a more flavorful meal.

Chicken breast: Quick and crispy straight from the pan

Step 1: First up is the sauce. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them into fine pieces to do this. Rinse the lemon, grate about half the peel, and set aside. Slice the lemon and reserve the juice from two slices. Halve the rest of the slices and book them for serving. Also, wash the parsley, shake it dry and chop finely.

Step 2: Heat the butter and sauté the garlic in a small saucepan for a minute. Deglaze with the white wine and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the cream, put the lid on, and simmer for 3 minutes. Then gradually add the grated lemon zest to the sauce while stirring. Then add the reserved lemon juice. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and simmer over medium-high heat until it thickens. If you like, add chili flakes.

Step 3: Now wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry with kitchen paper. Remove tendons and season meat with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the fillets on all sides over medium heat for 4 minutes. Then switch the stove to low temperature, put the lid on, and cook the chicken breast fillets in the pan for 10 minutes. Finally, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with halved lemon slices.

Paprika cream chicken: Irresistibly creamy
